Sunday Talk, November 6th: Genealogy, what can we find in the archives?

Do you know how to go about finding historical information about your family?

Join us for an interesting and educational afternoon focused on genealogy! Åsta Vadset and Arne-Sten Christiansen will talk about Slekt og Data and share tips on where to find information for your family research.

Åsta Vadset shares her experience of searching through the archives and discovering a wealth of information about her unknown great-grandmother, Ingeborg, who came to Runde to work as a governess at the Runde lighthouse.

Arne-Sten Christiansen is a retired teacher and the contact person for Slekt og Data in Møre og Romsdal.

Åsta Vadset is an advisor at the Inter-municipal Archive of Møre og Romsdal and grew up on Runde.
