Join the "Birdman" to Lundeura

About the tour

It is not without reason that Ingar Støyle Bringsvor is called the Birdman of Runde. Ingar has immense knowledge of the bird life on Runde and has had a great interest in the birds here since childhood.

On Sunday, April 30th, you have the chance to join Ingar on a trip to Lundeura. Together with nature guide Johannes, Ingar will take you along and share all the knowledge he has gathered about the birds on Runde.

The price for the tour is: 150,- per person

Meeting point at Runde Environmental Centre at 5:00 PM

Program

5:00 PM - Meeting at Runde Environmental Centre for welcome and introduction

5:10 PM - We drive to the parking lot at Goksøyra

8:00 PM - The event concludes, but for those who wish, we recommend staying up on the bird cliff to watch the sunset.

Also included in the price is a screening of the film Silver of the Sea at Runde Environmental Centre. We recommend watching it before the trip. The last showing before the trip is at 16:30.

Practical information

You should dress according to the weather. We recommend waterproof shoes, a windbreaker and/or raincoat, and warm clothing.

The trip assumes you can get to and from Runde in your own car. You will also need transport from the Environmental Centre to the parking lot in Goksøyra.

 We will bring binoculars and telescopes that we can share.
