At Runde, the sea is rarely calm, and when we move through the intertidal zone, we have the opportunity to play in the waves breaking against the shore. The constant movement of the water makes the activity in the intertidal zone exciting! An experienced nature guide will share research-based knowledge about the nature at Runde, and you will learn a lot of new things!

We meet at Runde Environmental Centre, and the trip starts from there.

- Warm wetsuit (Suitable for summer and winter)
